These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of newagecgllc.com (the "Site") and the consulting services offered by New Age Consulting Group, LLC ("New Age Consulting Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
Submitting a consultation request through our Contact form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part until a separate service agreement is signed by both parties. Any information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Our forms offer two separate SMS opt-ins: (1) transactional messages related to your consultation, scheduling, and account updates, and (2) promotional and marketing messages such as service offers, tips, and announcements. The marketing opt-in is optional and independent of the transactional opt-in.
